Who should I contact if I need support?
Start with the Talent Operations contact currently on duty. The Client Hub home page shows who is available now, and the Talent Ops Contacts page has the full team directory. You can also get help through the Support Centre.
How do I know who is currently on duty?
The Client Hub home page and the Talent Ops Contacts page automatically display the Talent Operations team members who are currently available.
What happens if no one is currently on duty?
The Client Hub will show that Talent Operations is outside support hours and display the next available contact. You can also get help through the Support Centre.
How much notice is required for annual leave?
Annual leave requests require a minimum of 14 days’ notice. The team member should first confirm dates with their client Line Manager, then submit the request through the TMA Helpdesk with approval attached.
What should happen if a team member is sick?
The team member must notify their Line Manager before their shift starts and also log the sick leave notification through the TMA Helpdesk. This ensures Talent Operations can track the absence properly.
What if TMA is not notified about an absence?
If TMA is not informed, Talent Operations may need to follow the AWOL process, which includes trying to contact the team member and their next of kin.
Which public holidays do TMA team members follow?
TMA team members follow the public holidays of their local country. South African team members follow South African public holidays, and Kenyan team members follow Kenyan public holidays.
Do Australian public holidays apply to South African or Kenyan team members?
Not automatically. Australian public holidays are shown for planning purposes, but TMA team members generally observe their own local country’s public holidays.
Where can I check upcoming holidays?
Use the Public Holiday Calendar. It includes public holidays for South Africa, Kenya, Australia, Ethiopia, the United States and the United Kingdom, with calendar integration for individual holidays.
