What happens outside support hours?
If no Talent Operations team member is currently on duty, the Client Hub shows the next available contact.
You can still submit an enquiry through the TMA Support Centre for the team to follow up.
What should I do if the matter is urgent?
Submit an Urgent enquiry through the Support Centre.
