How public holidays work for TMA team members and how to check upcoming holidays.
Which public holidays does my TMA team member follow?
TMA team members generally follow the public holidays of their local country.
For example:
- South African team members follow South African public holidays.
- Kenyan team members follow Kenyan public holidays.
- Ethiopian team members follow Ethiopian public holidays.
Do Australian, UK or US public holidays automatically apply?
No.
A TMA team member does not automatically receive a day off because it is a public holiday in the client’s country.
For example, an Australian public holiday does not automatically apply to a South African team member.
Can a different public holiday arrangement be agreed?
If you would like to discuss or review your team member’s public holiday arrangement, contact TMA.

Use the TMA Public Holiday Calendar.
The calendar includes holidays for:
- South Africa;
- Kenya;
- Australia;
- Ethiopia;
- the United States;
- the United Kingdom.
You can filter the calendar by one or more countries and add individual holidays to your own calendar.
