Leave entitlements for TMA team members
Annual leave, sick leave and family responsibility leave entitlements for South African and Kenyan team members.
How much leave do TMA team members receive?
Leave entitlements depend on the team member’s country of employment.
South Africa
Annual leave:
1.25 days per month, equal to 15 days per year.
Family Responsibility Leave:
3 days per year.
Sick leave:
10 days per year.
Kenya
Annual leave:
1.75 days per month, equal to 21 days per year.
Family Responsibility Leave:
7 days per year.
Sick leave:
14 days per year.
How does a team member request annual leave?
Annual leave requests require at least 14 days’ notice.
The team member must first obtain approval from their client Line Manager and then submit a formal request through the TMA Helpdesk with the client approval attached.
